The first time that we asked Neill to take care of our household was a 2 week break this summer. We have a nervous rescue cat and 4 tortoises, so a little out of the ordinary care is needed and we struggled to find appropriate tortoise care.
Neill was fabulous, he and his wife came round to run through what was needed in detail and we were very reassured going away that they would all be looked after in a professional and caring way.
Our expectations were exceeded, we were kept up to date with how everyone was getting along, I think Neill knew we were apprehensive about leaving the Torties especially, and he went as far as foraging for them to provide some extra treats for their dinner. Our nervous cat loved him from the start as well.
We came back to find happy and well cared for pets, we could not have asked for more.
